Series of photographs showing the St. Mary Monastery of the Sisters of St. Benedict in Rock Island, Illinois during a Retreat Weekend from October 10-12, 2003. This photo shows a panoramic view of the woods from one of the two park benches on the pathway between the Benet House (guest house) and the monastery. The monastery is located on over 90 acres of land, a large portion of which is comprised of forestland.
